Section 1

Overview

The 7-Figure AI Systems 6-Week Accelerator ("the Programme") is operated by Aff Edtech Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 12053911), trading as Seven Figure AI Systems. The Programme is led by Jordan Platten.

This document outlines your rights in relation to refunds and the conditions under which the System Guarantee applies. It forms part of the terms of your enrolment.

The System Guarantee exists to protect people who fully engage with the Programme and still do not achieve the core result: a functioning AI Operating System for their agency. It is not a risk-free trial or a satisfaction guarantee.

Section 2

Refund Policy

2.1 Before the Cohort Starts

If you request a refund before the cohort start date (Monday 20th April 2026), you are entitled to a full refund with no conditions, no questions asked, and no forms required. Simply contact us at support@affluent.academy and we will process your refund in full.

2.2 After the Cohort Starts

Once the cohort begins on 20th April 2026, the standard refund window closes. From this point, refunds are not available as a matter of course. The only route to a refund after the cohort start is through the System Guarantee, which requires meeting all five qualifying conditions set out in Section 3.

Section 3

Qualifying Conditions for the System Guarantee

To qualify for the System Guarantee, all five of the following conditions must be met. Partial completion of conditions does not qualify.

Full Live Attendance

You must attend at least 2 live group coaching calls per week throughout the 6-week programme (20th April to 1st June 2026). Attendance means being logged in for the full duration of each session. Watching recordings does not count. This equates to a minimum of 12 live sessions across the programme.

Complete the Full Curriculum

You must complete the entire 7-Figure AI Systems curriculum — all 6 modules, in full, in order — by 1st June 2026.

Raise a Written Support Request by Week 3

If you are struggling to build your system, you must notify the team in writing by Sunday 10th May 2026 (end of Week 3). Your message must include a screen recording of under 5 minutes showing your current progress and explaining exactly where you are stuck. This gives us the opportunity to provide support with 3 full weeks of the programme remaining.

Engage With the Support Provided

After raising your support request, you must actively engage with the guidance provided by the team. If we provide a solution or next step, you must attempt it before your next session. Guarantee claims will not be accepted where support was offered but not acted upon.

Submit Your Claim Before the Deadline

Any guarantee claim must be submitted by Sunday 25th May 2026 — 7 days before the cohort ends. Claims submitted after this date will not be accepted. This ensures we have time to work with you directly before the programme closes.

Section 5

If You Qualify

If all five conditions in Section 3 are met and you do not have a functioning AI Operating System by 1st June 2026, you may choose one of the following two options.

Option A

Extended 1-to-1 Support

We will provide 1-to-1 calls with a member of our development team to help you get your system live. You must share your screen and demonstrate active progress between sessions. Extended support continues until your system is operational, provided you maintain active effort.

Option B

Full Refund

If you prefer a refund instead of extended support, we will refund all payments made to date. Any remaining instalments on a payment plan will be cancelled immediately and no further payments will be collected.

Section 6

Additional Terms

6.1 Payment Plans

Where a refund is issued to a participant on a payment plan, only payments made to date are refunded. All remaining scheduled instalments are cancelled immediately upon confirmation of the refund.

6.2 Access on Refund

Upon processing a refund, access to the Programme, community, all bonus materials, and Agency OSX is revoked immediately. This includes any downloads or resources accessed during the Programme.

6.3 One Claim Per Enrolment

The System Guarantee may be claimed once per enrolment. Participants who re-enrol in a future cohort are subject to the guarantee terms applicable to that cohort.

6.4 Good Faith

This guarantee exists to protect participants who genuinely engage with the Programme and do not achieve the stated result despite their best efforts. We reserve the right to decline claims where the qualifying conditions have clearly not been met, or where the guarantee is being used as a risk-free trial mechanism rather than as a genuine safety net.

6.5 Results Disclaimer

Results referenced on our sales materials are not typical and are not guaranteed. Individual results will vary based on effort, prior experience, business context, and external market conditions. The Programme provides systems, frameworks, and coaching — outcomes depend on how they are applied.

6.6 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to this guarantee shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
